Welcome to the Corporate Accountability Program (CAP) by Warriors For Innocence. This is where we hold companies responsible for pedophile activity. This is the front line of the fight against pedophiles and child molesters hurting children and having a say on the internet without any type of accountability.

WFI works with companies to enforce or revise their Terms Of Service (TOS) to include standards that will ensure that they protect the safety and well-being of everyone who visits their web sites.

Lindsay Ashford Back Online

Lindsay Ashford, ringleader and overall idol to pedophiles worldwide, had several web sites that not only promoted adult-child sex, but targeted little girls as well.

Ashford is a pedophile who thinks children as young as 6 months old can consent to sex. He feels that children do not suffer when raped or molested by adults. He says any “damage” that does occur to the child is caused by the parents, not by the rapist.

Then he wonders why he gets death threats.

We wrote about one of his sites, Sugar and Spice, here. This was a web site for little girls. It said nice things like, “Being pretty means having pretty ideas, thoughts and feelings.” There was even a links section with links to cool girl and teen magazines, educational sites, and one to help with homework. But the reality of the site is that it told girls to have sex with adults, and to alienate themselves from their parents because pedophiles know what’s best for them.

That site is now shut down.

Ashford’s site, Taken From Our Midst, was dedicated to missing and murdered children. With pictures of little girls and links to their own web pages, this site was an insult to the victims. It was linked to his pedophile sites, and was easily accessed by all the pedo scum who lurk there.

That site is also shut down.

But now Ashford’s main web site is back up and running. It’s up under the premise that a "friend" of his is posting an archive. Since the site has a new url, new name, and new look to it, I find that questionable. According to several pedophile message boards, Ashford wishes to remain out of the spotlight and anonymous.

Really? Well, we’ll just have to take care of that for him….

Who is Lindsay Ashford? He’s David Alway, born October 4^th, 1968. He spent most of his childhood attending Redwood Christian School. He then moved to Mt. Eden High School, in San Francisco, and graduated in 1986. He changed his name to Lindsay Ashford in 1989 because he wanted to “find himself”. He cut off his family, and then filed bankruptcy in Boston, Mass. in 1992.

He’s lived in France, and he lived in the Czech Republic from 1992-2003 (and is a citizen). He worked at a well-known Czech bank as an equity analyst, and speaks the language. He moved to Boston in 2002 after a business failure in the Czech Republic. He lived in Milan, Italy in 2003. He now hides out in Amsterdam, Holland, which is where his website is also hosted.

Ashford’s site is dangerous. It’s a gathering place for child predators. It’s a support group, complete with links to help pages, for pedophiles and child molesters. It’s time to step up and get it shut down again. Afterall, Ashford just wished to remain out of the spotlight and anonymous, right? Pfft, we should be so lucky.

Oh Dear, first Jack and now Lindsay. Why oh why can't they keep their child rape sites up and running? Could it be that their pathetic attempts to "normalize" pedophilia and gain public acceptance has backfired? Could it be that people have stood up and said, "No more!"?

Yep. That just about covers it.

Apparently, Ashford finally got his comeuppance when his LG Watch page listed the Montreal Children's Festival. His sites are now down.

Bluebox

Bluebox is the internet server that provides Lindsay Ashford with his web hosting. They are located in the Netherlands and are only concerned with Dutch law when it comes to "freedom of expression".

They brag about hosting sites that may have had difficulties in the past for reasons they claim are "because most web hosters value their business interest over freedom of expression."

What it comes right down to is Bluebox is a pedo scum host.

Lindsay Ashford Copies Jack’s “How to” Site

Lindsay Ashford has an LG (Little Girl) Watch Page featuring “Alerts” telling pedophiles and child predators where and how to find little girls. There’s even a form to fill out and send in to report any events so they can be posted on the site.

Ashford apparently idolizes Jack McClellan and wants to be just like him. Maybe Ashford is jealous of all the attention Jack is getting lately. Maybe police should give him the attention he deserves.

Ashford says on his site, “LG watching is a fun and free activity that everybody can do! To go LG watching all you need to know is when and where there is an event that will be attended by little girls.”

Then he provides the when and where.

Events in both California and Canada are listed, along with details on each event and links to the individual web sites for the events. Warriors for Innocence has notified each event of the link and the danger that Ashford presents. We have also notified the local Law Enforcement.

Ashford's web sites are hosted by Bluebox. Feel free to go over there and tell them how you feel about their choices of web sites to host. We've added Bluebox to our list of companies for CAP.

UPDATE: Ashford's sites are shut down. Bluebox is still up and running though.
3-31-08: Ashford's site is back up under a new url, a new name, and a new look. According to the pedophiles at multiple forums, Ashford has given permission to a "friend" to post an archive of his site. They claim that Ashford wished to remain out of the spotlight and anonymous.

Pedophile Lies

Shortly after LiveJournal (LJ) deleted hundreds of pedophile sites, new ones popped up. One was the childlove community called “child love lives”. Started by Catherine, aka holokittynx, who describes him/her/itself – “for the sake of pissing you off I write incredibly steamy pedo-erotic fiction designed to titillate and arouse prurient interest in every cop who reads it.”

The first order of business was to find out if LJ really wanted to delete pedophiles like them….

“If LiveJournal decides that they do not wish a childlove community to exist on their servers, I will respect that decision and not attempt to start one again. LiveJournal at all times has the right to have whoever they want on their servers for whatever reason they want, and I will always respect that right.”

So LJ promptly deleted their new pedophile community.

Their responses?

Catherine started a new community and called cl- which stands for “child love”. Not only that, she/he/it said, “Anyone who purchases a permanent account will be banned. I also ask that all members be prepared to un-list any friends who purchase permanent accounts.”

So here’s the pedophile lies out in the open for all to see. They claim that if LJ were to delete their new site, that they would just go away quietly and find another place to stink up.

LJ is actually deleting sites that WFI re-reported. They appear to be taking action to remove the pedophiles from their sites and then to ban the users from accessing LJ all together. We are keeping track of the sites that are being suspended and will continue to report the new pedophiles as they spread and fester throughout LJ.

Corporate Notification

WFI monitors pedophile web sites and works with companies to enforce or revise their Terms Of Service (TOS) to include standards that will ensure that they protect the safety and well-being of everyone who visits their web sites.

WFI notifies companies when they have pedophiles using their services. Most companies are not aware of pedophile activity on their sites. Once notified of it, most will act to remove the pedophiles.

There are some companies who choose to allow pedophiles free rein to post on their sites. These companies added to our Corporate Accountability Program (CAP) and we work to persuade them to revise their policies.

Link Notification

WFI monitors pedophile web sites and notifies all sites when they are linked on inappropriate pedophile sites promoting child-sex.

Most web sites have no idea that they are linked on these pedophile pages.

We’ve gone through the links on sites like Jack McClellan’s girl love site, LiveJournal pedophile sites, Lindsay Ashford’s many sites, Geocities sites, and many others. The scary part is that there are often children’s organizations listed in the links sections of many pedophile sites.

Pedophiles love to use innocent pictures of children to sexually fantasize over. They often swap or share these photos with other pedophiles online. Photo hosting sites, online family photo albums, YouTube, and children’s organizations are not only frequented by these pedophiles, but linked to as well.

Advertiser Notification

WFI notifies advertisers when their ads appear on inappropriate pedophile sties and sties promoting child-sex.

As responsible and well respected companies, most advertisers know nothing about this. WFI works with advertisers to help them maintain safe advertising venues away from pedophiles, child predators, and their supporters.

Imagine the shock of hearing that your company is paying for advertising on a web site advocating children as young as 3 years old having sex with being raped by adults. Advertisers do not pay for this type of advertising placement.

Here’s just a few of the initial responses that we have received from advertisers in the past…

“Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. We were unaware of our ads being included on such a site. We do purchase banner ads through online networks which place our ads accordingly. We however always ensure the types of sites we are to be placed. The site you described is obviously not within those guidelines.

I truly appreciate you bring this to us and we have already contact our media agencies to inquire further…. “

“Thank you for contacting [us] about this. We will not be advertising with this site going forward.”

“Yes please send us the screen shot, as we have no idea what the ad would be doing there?”

“This is terrible. Thank you so much for informing us about this serious matter. I have sent this email to XXX and rest assured that we will take the appropriate actions.”

Jack McClellan

Jack McClellan loves to watch little girls. He fantasizes about having sex with raping girls as young as 3 years old.

Jack is a pedophile and child predator.

He wants to help other child predators find little girls too. He had sites listing local events where any pedophile could go and find children. We posted about him here and here.

We contacted all of the companies and events that Jack had linked to on his site. They weren’t happy to hear that Jack had linked to them. Most were looking into taking legal action against poor ol’ Jack.

Well, it seems Jack is having some problems with his web site. It’s gone! Awww, isn’t that a shame?

Listen to me very carefully Jack. You may think that you have the right to hunt down children. You may think that you have the right to splatter their innocent images all over the internet for other pedophiles to drool over. You might even think that you have the right to post a site showing other predators where to find children.

Just remember that I will be watching. Waiting. Just hoping you try to do it again. Don’t forget to look over your shoulder Jack. That’s me watching you….

Update January 2008: Jack is currently living in the Portland, Oregon area and using the address of the Transitions Projects Inc and Dr. Rodney Glisan Men's Shelter. The location is: 475 NW Glisan St, Portland, OR 97209. His site is now called Portland Girl Love and he often uses public libraries, ER waiting rooms, and local children's events to stalk little girls.

Update November 2007: Jack's site is back up and he is now back in the Los Angeles area.

UPDATE August 3rd: A judge just issued a state-wide restraining order against Jack. Now he must stay at least 10 yards away from children. source

ALSO: Assemblyman Cameron Smyth introduces emergency measure to pursue Jack. "We're calling it the surrogate stalker legislation because I believe that by his actions, Jack McClellan is acting as a surrogate stalker for other pedophiles," said Smyth, R-Santa Clarita. "Hopefully it gives (law enforcement) an additional tool to take action against pedophiles like McClellan." source

Jack McClellan was sited yesterday (July 26) in the children’s section of the Santa Monica Main Library.

After we notified all the sites linked on his latest web site showing child predators how to find little girls, his site was taken off the internet.

But Jack's still out there hunting little girls.


According to police, Jack is 45 years old, 6'1", and weighs 195 pounds. He drives a Blue 1993 Ford Escort two-door with Washington license plate 915WEX.


Keep your eye out for Jack, because he's looking for little girls. He's admitted to being sexually attracted to little girls between the ages of 3 and 11 years old.

LiveJournal

LiveJournal (LJ) is harboring admitted pedophiles. WFI launched a campaign back in December 2006 to clean up LiveJournal. The LiveJournal abuse team has repeatedly stated that they “are not the thought police” and they cannot suspend or delete journals that merely advocate illegal activity.

We reported journals like “bones8-8” who described in graphic detail how he molested and raped his then 3 year old younger brother. After weeks of pressure from WFI and contacting Law Enforcement (LE), LJ has since deleted the journal, but their initial response was, “although the user admitted to illegal activities, an admission to illegal activity is not the same as the commission of the crime.”

We contacted numerous LJ advertisers to inform them that their ads appeared very inappropriate web pages in close proximity to such subjects as Kiddie Porn, Family Sex, F***ing children, Child Rape, Child Molesting, Child Pornography, and other disturbing topics.

The advertisers were leaving LJ in order to protect their company’s reputations.

Google Adsense and Google Adwords were the providers of advertising for LiveJournal. I say ‘were’ because Google had stopped providing advertising for LJ because Google was losing customer’s confidence in their ability to offer safe and reasonable advertising venues.

In May 2007 Six Apart, who owns LJ, finally suspended nearly 500 journals with inappropriate interest listed on their user profile pages. Upsetting users who were not pedophiles, LJ then decided to review journals for eligibility for UN-suspension. This was a good idea, but was not done properly. LJ was backpedaling so fast that they were reinstating obvious pedophile and child molester sites. Sites like…

LJ shut down his first site. Now he has a second site- same filth, different page. I’m wondering how LJ can question this being a pedophile when he says…

“I'm an exclusive Girl Lover. My primary romantic and erotic attraction is to girls between the ages of two and fourteen years old. …the whole idea that my attraction to LGs [Little Girls] includes "sexual" attraction, the whole idea that I can find 5-year-olds to be "hot", etc.”

Six Apart has made a decision that they feel will help solve this problem:

"we are now actively exploring how we can let the community "vote" on what is acceptable content in order to create greater consistency.... Clearly law takes precedent over such votes, but in case where the line is not legal content but rather objectionable or acceptable content, community input can be a great help."

Oh, what a fine idea- letting the community vote on what’s acceptable. Which communities would those be, the child predator communities? How about the pedophile communities?

Just for clarification, child rape stories are not illegal. They are disgusting and unethical, but not illegal. LiveJournal does not have to host such sites. They have a choice and they choose to do so.

WFI recently submitted 143 LJ sites to the Six Apart management. Some were part of the previous list that was reported, and some are new pedophile sites that have been created. LJ has deleted several interest categories in response to our inquires, but many pedophile sites remain active.

We are still waiting to hear back from Six Apart management on how they plan to resolve this issue. Until then, LiveJournal remains listed in our Corporate Accountability Program (CAP).

UPDATE: LJ has deleted many of the 143 sites that we had submitted. There are however, several pedophile sites still on LJ.

LiveJournal Articles

Blogger

Blogger, also known as Blogspot, is hosted by Google. WFI contacted Blogger in late 2006 about sites they host with content created by child predators, pedophiles, and child molesters.

Their response to complaints filed by WFI:

“Blogger does not remove material in response to allegations of offensive material. In cases where a contact email address is listed on the page, we recommend working directly with the author to have this information removed or changed. We are sorry we cannot assist you further at this time.”

After persistent complaints, Blogger finally began deleting pedophile sites. Unfortunately, this did not last long. Many new pedophile sites have been created and several previously reported sites have slipped through the cracks and remain online.

WFI has restarted the campaign to remove pedophiles from Blogger.

Epifora

Epifora is a web hosting company that caters to pedophiles, child molesters, and child abusers. Based in Russia, they don’t appear to care about the content they host. In fact, they brag that they “accept controversial speech”.

Their logo is a puffer or porcupine fish. A pufferfish scares away its enemies by gulping down water and inflating itself to appear much larger. The porcupine fish, a close relative of the pufferfish, has many prickly spines sticking out of its body. This can scare its enemies away. If it is caught by another fish, it can still enlarge itself in the fish's mouth, where both fish will die.

Pfft. Oh yea, that’s the logo I’d want.

Deviant Art

Deviant Art allows children to register and then view pornographic material.

The parental or age specific controls do not work. A 13 year old is just one click away from viewing all "mature content".

Requiring users to register their date of birth (DOB) for proof of age doesn’t work if your system can be bypassed with one click in the user settings.

There are many pictures of graphic sex, genitalia, and explicit fetish sex on this site.

The Terms Of Service (TOS) states: : "You agree not to use the Service: .... to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material that is obscene, offensive, blasphemous, pornographic, unlawful, threatening, menacing, abusive, harmful, an invasion of privacy or publicity rights, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, illegal or otherwise objectionable...."

If they are not going to enforce their TOS, they need to revise it to fit the format of their site.

Amazon.com

Amazon.com has a book for sale called "Viamund the Boylove Vampyre Says...: Poetry & Haiku's by Octaevius Altair". This book is written by an admitted pedophile and child molester (Viamund the rake), and contains pictures and writings about an 11 year old boy who has sex is raped by "Viamund" - who is admittedly 37 years old in real life.

This book promotes child sex/rape and pedophilia, and it is written by an admitted child molester.

Amazon.com refuses to remove it from it's web site. The excuse they use?

"Amazon.com believes it is censorship not to display certain articles because we believe their message is objectionable."

Written advocacy of child/adult sex is illegal in Canada, Australia and some parts of Europe. Creation, distribution and possession are all federal crimes in these countries. I sure hope Amazon.com doesn't sell this book to any customers in these countries.
